Many approaches to healthy eating dwell on counting calories or utilize "points." Others require the use of packaged foods , powders and/or long lists of supplements. Still others categorize foods as "good" or "bad" and dictate those that are allowed and those that are prohibited.
My clients and I work together to explore what foods serve their bodies well and those that may be wreaking havoc on their health, causing weight gain or weight loss resistance, fatigue, joint pain or a multitude of chronic illnesses. Through this process my clients learn that "food changes everything" but food isn't everything. So we work on what they want to improve with an integrative approach and within the circumstances of their unique situation.
